Pico de Gallo

Yum, Yum, Yum! Here it comes!
Guess what? This is healthy too.

Along with the ingredients below, you'll also need:
2 1/2 tbsp of Olive Oil
2 tsp of Vinegar
1 1/4 tsp of Salt
(can vary to prefered taste)

Honestly, I do it a little different everytime. I just add things until it tastes good to me!



Keep cutting the cilantro horizontally, vertically and diagonally until you get pretty small pieces.

I only use 1/3 of the white onion!
I criss-cross cut the onion before I cut a slice of it, the picture explains it better.


See! Then it's already chopped up.

Criss-cross cut the avacado too, then you're going to scoop it right out.






Voila!


Have it with some tortilla chips & enjoy!
